It includes a neatly enclosed energy-absorbing pack that will safely stop you in the event of a fall. The rope has a maximum braking strength of 1800 lbs, with an arresting force of 601 lbs.

It's compatible with all fall protection harnesses, safety lanyards, roof anchors, rope ladders, or anchors with D-rings, Designed for fall arrest.
- Energy Absorber - breaking strength of over 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN). Designed to handle free falls up to 6 feet. With a maximum deployment length of 48 inches (1.2 meters) and an average arresting force of 900 pounds, the shock cord activates during a fall, extending to allow up to an 18-foot descent, while the elastic section gradually slows the fall speed. Note: No manual opening of the sealed package is necessary; it will activate automatically during use.
